I booked this Hotel for a quick trip back to my hometown, I had seen it for years and decided to try it since the price was right. It exceeded my expectations with the property, they have the friendliest staff. The property is well kept and they have plenty of things to do right there on property for you. The beach access couldn't be more perfect, the walk is only 2minutes to the sand and its in a more locals spot so it has fewer people than others parts of the beach. I most definitely will stay here again anytime I come home for a visit!

This property was impeccable. They are currently doing some updates with paint and cleaning in the rooms, but I have to say I’ve never seen such a clean location. It is quiet and off the beaten path. The beach is literally 500 feet away. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The bed was very soft and as long as you like a soft bed, that’s great. We had a room with a balcony, which was amazing, and we had a kitchenette which was so cool. To make it more perfect it is completely dog friendly! With a dog park!!

The location one block off the beach is awesome! The property manager, Christine was very nice and helpful. Appreciated the free use of beach towels, and the free parking. Room was spacious and pretty much had everything we needed. Quiet. The biggest downside was the mattress, which “sunk” in the middle and had very little support. Replace the mattress and we’ll stay with you on every trip to Deerfield. 😉

The staff was tremendously accommodating in regards to my pets needs and check out time. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but old with some paint. Looks ok. Noisy to sleep, you can hear people talking. No privacy (had to keep blinds closed) staying in front of the pool, but at least there was no carpet. I loved the fenced in dog area.

This place is great. when I stayed it was noisy because they where cleaning the building. That’s noise for a good reason because they actively care about providing a clean place. The owner was awesome made the place feel welcoming. Its also a block away from a beautiful beach.
